Declared Federal State of Emergency

It is my hope that this correspondence finds you and your families healthy in the face of the coronavirus pandemic. 

In response to the impact of COVID-19, and with President Trump declaring a federal state of emergency to defend against the outbreak, we wanted to take a few minutes to discuss the emergency preparedness at Affinity Wealth Management.

As you may know, over the past few years we have made significant investment into our technology. This technology allows our team members to work from anywhere that has an internet connection with all the same capabilities as being in our office. We have also upgraded our phone systems that allows us to answer your calls from anywhere. These capabilities may become important if a travel ban is implemented and our team members are unable to get to the office.

Currently, we are fully functioning at our office and as of now plan on continuing to do so. We continue to monitor Federal, State and Local governments for updates and are prepared to take any action within our control that will allow us to continue to provide you guidance. 

Knowing that the coronavirus easily spreads from person to person, and many people may prefer to hunker down during this time, we are prepared to offer meetings via video chat or conference call.

We stay committed more than ever to continue to provide the same level of service and advice. We wish you and your family safety, and good health during these challenging times.
